Sales Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor and deliver sales targets for the Smartphones Sales department.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate field-based Direct Sales Representatives.
• Develop local networks and sales and marketing strategies to increase performance.
• Build relationships with customers and support a trusted customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and prepare reporting.
• Manage DSR inventory and implement audit recommendations in line with company policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience in FinTech, microfinance, telecommunications, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, team motivation, and leadership skills.
• Experience identifying growth opportunities and maximizing team performance.
• Process-oriented approach to inventory management, reporting, and audit follow-up.
• Ability to work with a field-based sales team in Nigeria.
