Email Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, outside the United States only; U.S. domestic applications will not be considered.

What you will do

• Concept, design, and manage email initiatives across weekly and monthly marketing roadmaps.
• Use Claude Design and other AI tools to ideate, sketch, and produce complete email designs and campaign flows.
• Create immersive, easy-to-use email experiences for mobile and desktop environments.
• Build and maintain the email UI style guide in Claude Design and Figma.
• Present design concepts and collaborate with product designers, marketing product owners, directors, and engineers.
• Ensure email and web communications remain visually consistent and support an efficient transition from design to build.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of email design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating agency and in-house work, including at least 15 defined email projects.
• Comfort using AI design tools to develop concepts and finished email designs without losing personal craft or brand voice.
• Strong graphic design, visual storytelling, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Degree in Design, Arts, or Digital Design.
• Must apply from outside the United States.
