Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Vilnius

What you will do
- Design high-converting visual creatives for paid media channels.
- Create short videos and UGC-style content.
- Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.
- Adapt quickly and iterate based on performance.
Requirements
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Understanding of ad conversion, especially for Meta.
- Comfortable with short-form video formats.
- Strong command of English and Lithuanian.
