What you will do

• Plan and coordinate team work, distribute tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain process transparency and keep stakeholders updated on development status
• Support and improve development processes, pipelines, documentation, and meetings
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and participate in team composition changes
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, quality requirements, and project standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead
• Experience as Frontend or Backend Developer or QA Engineer (TypeScript, PHP)
• Strong software architecture design skills
• Ability to organize transparent development processes and timely delivery
• Strong communication, motivation, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• English proficiency at least B2
