What you will do
- Manage team performance and service quality across a telecom or mobile customer service program.
- Maintain communication with clients and team members, resolve issues, and meet service expectations.
- Use reports, data analysis, and operational observations to develop improvement strategies.
- Identify training needs and support staff development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on promotions, updates, operational procedures, and system tools.
- Ensure process compliance among team members, partners, and third-party providers.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of team leadership experience in a similar role or domain; telecom or mobile experience is preferred.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, or Spanish is required.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in Cairo, Egypt.
