What you will do
- Manage domestic, export, and consignment customer orders in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Complete order entry, confirmations, invoicing, follow-up, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor on-time performance, delivery delays, and logistics activities with 3PL and 4PL providers.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, disputes, returns, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting audits and regulatory compliance, including FSSC 22000 and SOX.
- Support customer service process improvements, systems implementation, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Fluent French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving ability, organization, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in food ingredients, flavors, fragrances, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international logistics processes.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Understanding of order-to-cash processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
