Telesales QA & Training Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria — hybrid role based in the Nigeria offices

What you will do

• Evaluate inbound, outbound, and non-voice telesales interactions for process adherence, compliance, and customer communication quality.
• Analyze customer conversations to identify recurring objections, sales barriers, and agent performance gaps.
• Prepare quality and training reports for the QA & Training Lead.
• Support onboarding and refresher training by developing call guides and learning materials.
• Deliver structured coaching and feedback to agents and monitor follow-up action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, training, coaching, telesales, or contact centre operations.
• Experience with call quality monitoring and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-informed decision-making.
• Ability to work from the Nigeria office in a hybrid arrangement.
