Technical Support Leader (TSL) for US-market (Defense)

Location: Huskvarna, Sweden. The role involves travel, with frequency and duration depending on support contracts and customers.

What you will do

• Coordinate Training Services technical support for hirify.global Inc. support sites and the After Sales function.
• Ensure the long-term technical capability and configuration management of fielded systems.
• Act as the technical interface between hirify.global Inc. T&S Customer Support, customers, and Operations Sweden.
• Work closely with the Training Services Manager, After Sales Manager, PM for baseline uplift execution, and the wider TSL team.
• Travel to support customers according to contract requirements.

Requirements

• Technical university degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience fielding or supporting the GAMER product capability.
• Strong communication, social, analytical, planning, and business skills.
• Strategic, proactive, precise, and well-organized approach to work.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Successful security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

• ILS experience.

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
