Head of Engineering (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote, with the role listed in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Own the architecture of a scalable, multi-tenant iGaming platform, including White Label and TurnKey solutions.
• Design integrations with game aggregators, PSPs, KYC/AML, CRM, bonus, risk and fraud, reporting, and backoffice systems.
• Stay hands-on with engineering while ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and security.
• Lead, hire, and develop backend and frontend engineering teams.
• Set technical strategy in partnership with Product and Business teams.
• Build an AI-first engineering culture, evaluate AI tools and workflows, develop internal AI capabilities, and train engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience and strong experience designing B2B multi-tenant platforms.
• Hands-on backend expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Solid understanding of React, Next.js, REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Infrastructure and cloud expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven iGaming experience and experience leading both backend and frontend teams.
• English and Russian at B2+ level required.
