Project Manager FinTech RH

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Lead non-standard, cross-functional fintech product projects from scope definition through delivery.
• Coordinate Legal, Tax, local business, Product, Analytics, and Strategy stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery blockers.
• Convert recurring legal, tax, regulatory, and product requirements into reusable playbooks and shared learnings.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of country-level monetization schemes.
• Build monetization plans for countries and regions with analysts and strategists.
• Coordinate readiness for fintech launches in new markets.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, business operations, fintech, or product, ideally in multi-market environments.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and timelines.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
