𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Esentai Tower
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭: On-site, full-time | Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
• Review, analyze, and manage client, counterparty, and third-party claims, complaints, and inquiries.
• Prepare legal responses, notifications, official correspondence, and legal opinions.
• Lead pre-trial dispute resolution processes and participate in negotiations with clients and counterparties.
• Represent the Company's interests in courts and support litigation procedures.
• Draft, review, and assess contracts, settlement agreements, and internal legal documents.
• Provide legal risk assessments and recommendations on dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, regulators, auditors, and external legal advisors.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting the Company's activities.
• Maintain records of claims, disputes, and their outcomes while ensuring timely preparation of legal documentation.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
• Higher legal education.
• Proven experience in claims management, dispute resolution, and litigation.
• Mandatory experience representing organizations in court proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law.
• Understanding of securities market regulations and dispute settlement procedures.
• Experience drafting legal opinions, contracts, claim responses, and legal correspondence.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞:
• Experience in brokerage, investment, financial services, or public companies.
• Knowledge of AIFC regulations and securities market legislation.
• Experience interacting with regulators, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
