What you will do
- Advise stakeholders on risk categorization, elimination, substitution, and mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, management system standards, and internal EHS policies.
- Support the implementation of collective and individual technical risk controls.
- Define processes, procedures, and safe methods of work for integration into the EHS management system.
- Represent specialist expertise in health and safety and psychosocial risk management internally and externally.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in Prevention of Labour Risks, specializing in Psychosocial Risk Management.
- At least 4 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks.
- Negotiation-level Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
