Senior Product Specialist and Stylist (LEGO Design): Coordinating and supporting production photo and video shoots to ensure LEGO products are correctly built and visually represented across lifestyle, campaign, and marketing materials with an accent on product accuracy, creative collaboration, and styling processes. Focus on fixing and verifying physical products, aligning shoots with product storytelling, and improving guidelines, training, and production workflows.
Location: Billund, Denmark. The role follows a hybrid policy with an average of 3 days per week in the office. A Danish driving license is required for commuting and travel to shoots across Denmark and occasionally abroad. No relocation assistance is offered.

Design is a community of around 700 designers responsible for developing and expressing products and product experiences.
What you will do
- Coordinate product preparation and support photographers, creative directors, producers, and designers during photo and video shoots.
- Fix, rebuild, and verify physical products so they are correctly built in every image and shot.
- Act as the main contact for collaborators, handling resource requests and workload tracking.
- Represent Design and support consistent product expression across the ecosystem.
- Review creative briefs and product characteristics, including storylines, tone of voice, poses, functions, and features.
- Improve styling processes, document learnings, maintain guidelines, and train other designers.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with creative managers, designers, producers, and agency partners.
- Flexible, agile, and able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong self-drive, engaging communication, structured working style, and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in products and either product design, styling, or film and commercial production experience.
- A driving license in Denmark and the ability to commute and travel for production shoots are required.
- Ability to use MS Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant digital tools.
