TL;DR
Graphic Design Intern – Print, Digital & AI (Figma/Adobe/AI): Building scalable print and digital onboarding materials, including posters, signage, guides, templates, and reusable design components for Kanpla customer launches with an accent on print production, brand adaptation, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on creating production-ready assets, documenting reusable systems, and improving design workflows across customer projects.
Location: Connected to the Aarhus office, Denmark. Remote-first and flexible hybrid working model with a mix of office and home working.
Unpaid internship with a gratuity of DKK 3,770 per month; the gratuity is the maximum allowed without affecting SU.

What you will do
- Design posters, digital signage, screen content, and practical guides for customer launches.
- Build reusable Figma templates, components, and systems instead of isolated files.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct formats, dimensions, bleed, colour settings, and export specifications.
- Use Adobe tools to create and adapt professional design assets for different customer brands.
- Explore AI-assisted workflows for turning customer information and brand assets into design drafts.
- Document workflows and collaborate with the creative team and Head of Marketing to test and refine the system.
Requirements
- Understanding of Figma, including components, templates, and shared systems.
- Experience with print design and preparing files for production.
- Experience with Adobe design software, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
- Portfolio with relevant graphic, print, digital, or visual communication work.
- Clear and confident written English; is English-first.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about design workflows, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude or another AI tool.
- Technical curiosity and interest in how tools, systems, and processes fit together.
