Game Economist (POP! Slots) (Game Economy/Monetization): Designing and balancing game features, pricing, rewards, and in-game economy components for a growing social casino game with an accent on player behavior, engagement, and monetization metrics. Location: Hybrid role based in the Tel Aviv office, Israel

What you will do
- Design, balance, and optimize new game features and mechanics.
- Manage pricing, offers, rewards, and other in-game economy components.
- Define, monitor, and analyze game economy metrics.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests focused on gameplay, engagement, monetization, and progression KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Monetization, and LiveOps teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the gaming economy industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Business understanding and interest in player behavior, social gaming dynamics, and game economies.
- BA or B.Sc. degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with formulas, numbers, and data analysis.
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to develop SQL and data analysis skills.
