Supply Chain Technician

What you will do

• Pick orders, prepare pallets, and support timely warehouse deliveries.
• Count inventory, scan products into the system, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Repair returned cameras and hardware components for redeployment in the field.
• Diagnose hardware faults and determine whether equipment requires repair or replacement.
• Record completed work, parts used, and time spent using company tools.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, follow safety procedures, collaborate with colleagues, and meet quality and speed KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory management, or technical repair.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing hardware issues.
• Experience with order picking, pallet preparation, and inventory processes.
• Physical stamina for standing and performing demanding tasks for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation required; ability to work occasional evenings, nights, and weekends.
