Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and incentive networks.
• Own user acquisition funnels and improve CPI, CPA, and ROAS performance.
• Build and improve marketing workflows using modern AI platforms and tools.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams on video and static advertising content.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare reports and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external partners and explore new marketing technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and incentive networks.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing or strong interest in developing in this area.
• Experience briefing, creating, and editing video and static advertising creatives.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills, with a proactive, independent, and organized work style.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
