TL;DR
Senior MLOps Engineer (AI): Building and operating a secure, scalable platform for deploying AI agents across AWS infrastructure with an accent on observability, infrastructure as code, and platform reliability. Focus on designing MCP server and gateway deployments, optimizing token and cloud resource costs, and automating multi-environment validation with Boto3 and Terraform.
Location: Hybrid role based in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents on Agent Core MCP servers and MCP gateways.
- Build a secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized platform for AI workloads.
- Implement observability for logs and traces with OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
- Support AI researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams with infrastructure and production deployments.
- Perform load testing, measure token costs, optimize resource utilization, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Develop CI/CD workflows and automation using AWS Boto3 and Terraform across multiple environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps workflows, platform engineering, API design, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes or EKS, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Node, Go, or similar backend and automation languages.
- Experience with security practices, cost optimization, performance testing, and observability tooling.
- Knowledge of MCPs and AI agent frameworks, with experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or deploying AI agents in production.
- Exposure to high-scale distributed systems and complex cloud infrastructure.
- AWS certifications.
