POS Support Associate (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: Starting from €1,575 gross per month, plus up to 30% additional payment for night shifts.

What you will do

• Identify and resolve POS system-related issues for business customers.
• Analyze call logs to detect recurring trends and underlying problems.
• Troubleshoot POS software, equipment, payment terminals, and registers using logical analysis.
• Support customers through email, tickets, phone, tasks, and chat systems.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the software and equipment used by customers.

Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Willingness to develop computer skills.
• Availability to work late evening or early morning shifts and weekends.
• Customer service or technical support experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, software troubleshooting, POS equipment, credit card terminals, or registers is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or managing a restaurant industry environment.
