What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and user-centric AI solutions.
• Design prompting, grounding, knowledge retrieval, and context management approaches.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Create reusable solution components, patterns, and standards to accelerate delivery.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• Experience developing digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to work across business and technical domains and solve complex problems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for AI, automation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work from Manila at One Ayala Tower 2.
