Associate Sofia Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Pistoia, Italy; hybrid work model. Up to 20 remote workdays abroad per calendar year.

Salary: €23,360–€35,040 gross annual base compensation under the CCNL Commercio framework.

What you will do

• Provide help desk and user support for SimCorp Sofia users.
• Gather requirements, create specifications, and document product features.
• Learn analysis and testing through collaboration with experienced consultants.
• Support clients during mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
• Suggest software enhancements based on user feedback and practical use cases.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Finance.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Strong analytical skills, including in time-sensitive situations.
• Interest in developing consulting, software support, analysis, and testing skills.
