Senior UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create innovative and seamless digital banking and investment experiences for Hong Kong.
• Collaborate with product teams from exploration through delivery, evaluating and iterating on investment features.
• Simplify complex banking information, financial operations, and campaigns through clear visual communication.
• Conduct user evaluations, usability testing, customer feedback collection, and UX strategy activities.
• Design UX journeys, prototypes, data visualizations, motions, transitions, and micro-animations within the design language system and brand guidelines.
• Develop design artifacts, conduct journey mapping and benchmark studies, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary, cross-cultural environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical UX/UI design experience, including work on financial applications and financial tools.
• Experience planning and conducting user evaluations.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative tools, including design and prototyping.
• Ability to analyse product requirements, manage timelines and expectations, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Strong communication, presentation, self-learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Traditional Chinese and English, including reading and writing in both languages.

Nice to have

• Ability to simplify complex information through graphical communication.
• Experience applying motion graphics in mobile applications.
