Associate Director - Settlements and Reconciliations Governance

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days flexible

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switching through mediation, rating, billing, and reconciliation.
• Oversee reconciliation controls and resolve issues that affect customers.
• Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international roaming, domestic roaming, and third-party vendors.
• Develop financial controls for validating settlements and protecting revenue and cost integrity.
• Establish and maintain operational controls that support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Expertise in billing platforms, rating systems, mediation environments, and revenue assurance controls.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• A financial control mindset.
• Experience leading automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the telecommunications industry.
• Ability to work three days in the NSW office as part of the hybrid arrangement.
