What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Print category strategy, including portfolio planning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management.
• Lead alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute category plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and channel performance.
• Drive sell-through performance and optimize channel health.
• Manage SKU productivity, rationalization, and the innovation pipeline.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and inventory-turn targets.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Print industry, including hardware, supplies, services, pricing, channel ecosystems, supply chain, and demand planning.
