Working Student - Product Analytics (F/M/D)

What you will do

• Generate data insights that support better, data-driven business decisions.
• Work with Product Managers and Cloud Engineers to improve product analytics capabilities, including ETL, KPIs, and reporting.
• Support the architecture of new data sources for additional operational insights.
• Introduce structure to the existing KPI library.
• Enable teams across hirify.global to generate and use their own insights.

Requirements

• Currently studying information systems, informatics, business, or a similar subject.
• Experience with analytics technologies such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Databricks or Power BI.
• Previous work experience or an equivalent project track record in analytics.
• Strong English communication skills are required for stakeholder interaction and presenting data insights.
