Senior Website Analyst (f/m/d) E-Commerce Management

Location: Karlsruhe, Germany; hybrid working model with a home office option.

What you will do

• Own the holistic analysis of the online shop customer journey and define success KPIs.
• Identify funnel friction points and turn data into actionable e-commerce optimization recommendations.
• Support the Conversion Rate Optimization team with statistically sound A/B testing and evaluate impact on Customer Lifetime Value.
• Partner with Data Engineering to maintain accurate client- and server-side tracking and high data quality in a post-cookie environment.
• Prepare complex analyses and insights for department heads and management decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics, ideally in high-traffic e-commerce or SaaS.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Matomo.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Deep understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Professional communication skills in both German and English are required.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to critically assess data and improve processes.
