What you will do
- Invite and add suppliers to the appropriate WeCom groups.
- Organize users into the correct groups based on tenure and needs.
- Create and update group content, including FAQs and announcements.
- Monitor chatbot performance and help maintain accurate, useful responses.
- Analyze group interactions and chatbot usage, identify trends, and report key metrics.
Requirements
- Chinese: good written and verbal communication skills required.
- English: reading and writing required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and groups simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with WeChat and WeCom.
- Basic ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
