Overnight Customer Experience Representative, Concierge (Fintech)

Location: Denver, Colorado or Westlake, Texas; in-person attendance is expected 5 days per week during onboarding, followed by overnight remote shifts at least 5 days per week.

Base pay: $34–$40 USD per hour for Zone 2 locations.

• Support high-value customers by resolving complex brokerage and financial product issues.
• Conduct personalized, goal-oriented conversations and proactively address potential problems.
• Provide clear, compliant guidance on investment products and strategies.
• Help customers navigate multi-leg options, margin, cryptocurrency, and futures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and share interaction insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with peers to improve outreach strategies and support workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or in a licensed financial services environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-leg options strategies, margin trading, cryptocurrencies, and futures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience with CRM tools and feedback systems such as Salesforce and Slack.
• Ability to work from the Denver or Westlake office during onboarding and cover overnight shifts afterward.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 3 and Series 66 licenses.
• Series 3 and Series 66 licenses can be obtained within the required period after employment if not already held.
