Automation Anywhere (RPA) Developer

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, rules, variations, inputs, outputs, service levels, exceptions, and automation feasibility.
• Design and develop modular attended and unattended bots using Automation Anywhere A360 or the applicable enterprise platform.
• Automate web, desktop, spreadsheet, file, email, PDF, terminal, legacy application, database, API, and enterprise system interactions.
• Implement validation, logging, audit trails, credential handling, retry logic, notifications, and business and system exception management.
• Test, package, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and stabilize automations across development, test, and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, source control, release traceability, coding standards, peer reviews, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise automation solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with process analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room, attended and unattended automation, scheduling, and workload execution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one of Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, VBScript, Java, or .NET.
• Knowledge of secure credential vaulting, least-privilege access, audit logging, version control, SDLC controls, and release management.

Nice to have

• Automation Anywhere certification.
• Experience with intelligent document processing, OCR, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, or cloud services.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery and enterprise application integration.
