Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician - Electrical

Location: On-site at the hirify.global plant in Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, electrical systems, piping, instruments, and facility structures.
• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment, VFD-driven systems, motors, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control drawings, manufacturer guidance, and technical documentation.
• Operate and maintain plant utility systems, including steam boilers, air compressors, fire protection, electrical generators, and water purification systems.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency maintenance needs while minimizing equipment downtime.
• Support safety, environmental compliance, housekeeping, equipment records, 5S, 5D problem solving, SQDC, and Lean Management System activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of experience as a pipefitter, welder, electrician, instrument/electronics technician, HVAC-R technician, and/or millwright.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Applicants may be required to complete and pass hirify.global-selected testing during the selection process.

Nice to have

• Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
