Sponsorship Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship agreements with sports clubs, leagues, esports teams, and influencers.
• Develop and execute sponsorship activation plans across traditional sports and digital channels.
• Manage sponsorship budgets and align spending with marketing objectives and measurable ROI.
• Build relationships with sponsored entities, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance on gaming and betting regulatory requirements.
• Track sponsorship performance, including reach, engagement, brand lift, and conversion.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, or marketing.
• Proven iGaming experience and familiarity with betting and gaming regulations.
• Experience negotiating sponsorship contracts and managing budgets across sports, esports, or influencer marketing.
• Strong partner network across LatAm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced English and advanced Spanish; solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
