Partner Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; travel required up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $176,000–$225,000 annual base salary, plus annual bonus. Compensation outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.

What you will do

• Serve as the main technical contact for solution, consulting, technology, and cloud alliance partners.
• Build product integrations, proofs of concept, and reference applications connecting partner products with Vercel's agentic infrastructure.
• Create integration guides, documentation, workshops, and other partner enablement content.
• Support partner-attached presales opportunities and enable sales teams on joint Vercel-partner solutions.
• Present technical content at partner events, hackathons, and conferences.
• Collect partner feedback and share integration and use-case insights with product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, or technical lead advising or consulting engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications with Next.js or React, with regular hands-on coding.
• Strong understanding of fullstack web architecture, agentic development tools, cloud infrastructure, and AI applications.
• Experience building agentic applications with the Vercel AI SDK or comparable AI application toolkits.
• Ability to discuss LLM frameworks, agent architectures, and AI application patterns with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with systems integrators, consulting firms, technology partners, developer relations, training, sales demos, or technical conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Vercel's agentic infrastructure products.
• Experience running certification, training, or enablement programs at scale.
• Experience with cloud marketplace and alliance programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience working at or with a Vercel partner.
