Senior QA Specialist (Fashion Technical Services) (Contract)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fitting and specification validation across first, second, and pre-production sample stages.
• Approve pre-production samples and inspect fabric, stitching, finishing, and other garment quality details.
• Lead dress-form and live fitting sessions with designers and brand managers.
• Resolve garment construction issues and distribute detailed comments using photos, diagrams, and specification adjustment guides.
• Establish tolerances, grading specifications, construction standards, and trim guidelines.
• Coordinate revised specifications and technical packs with factories, resolve technical questions, and track revisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in apparel technical design or apparel quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of garment patterns, sewing construction, grading specifications, and technical pack creation.
• Experience conducting precise measurements and quality inspections against established standards.
• Strong technical communication skills with domestic and overseas factories and vendors.
• Ability to work in Seoul, South Korea.
