Salary: $153,700–$211,300 annual base salary

What you will do
- Develop and implement the plant’s manufacturing engineering and capital investment strategy.
- Prepare and administer an annual capital budget exceeding $30 million and manage department expenses.
- Provide technical and project management leadership for capital initiatives and next-generation manufacturing systems.
- Lead the integration of a new product line into existing plant infrastructure, including equipment, utilities, ingredients, process controls, and manufacturing systems.
- Administer environmental permitting and reporting programs and represent the plant before federal and state environmental officials.
- Manage engineering personnel and fixed assets exceeding $85 million while supporting productivity and manufacturing improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of engineering and/or maintenance experience.
- Experience managing engineering personnel and capital resources in a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate plant, corporate, vendor, consultant, legal, and regulatory resources.
- Ability to manage environmental permitting, reporting, safety, and engineering requirements related to capital projects.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a food manufacturing environment.
