AI Solution Strategist (Conversational AI): Defining, designing, and launching conversational AI agents that support high-volume customer interactions with an accent on AI product strategy, customer experience, and performance-driven iteration. Focus on translating business requirements into reliable agents, leading complex cross-functional deliveries, and aligning technical teams with business stakeholders.
Location: Japan — Remote

What you will do
- Partner with customers to evolve, execute, and adopt concrete AI initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into well-designed, high-performing conversational AI agents.
- Lead delivery across multiple complex agentic projects with high customer and internal visibility.
- Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market teams to define, develop, and launch AI agents.
- Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Use conversational design, product intuition, and performance data to improve agent behavior and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
- Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
- Practical understanding of deploying AI for real customers at scale.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
