Senior AI Applied Software Engineer (Android)

Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland, combining remote work with regular office presence

What you will do

• Maintain and extend the mobile product offering.
• Design and build Android applications used by developers worldwide to create mobile banking products.
• Develop innovative features and tools for fintech customers.
• Identify gaps in tooling, reduce technical debt, and improve development workflows.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery.
• Share Android mobile development best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing and building Android applications.
• At least one Android application published on Google Play.
• Strong knowledge of Android mobile development.
• Leadership mindset and a practical, delivery-focused approach.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Experience with TDD, unit testing, and continuous integration is valuable.

Nice to have

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or Espresso.
• Experience with Gradle, Groovy, or Python scripting.
• Experience with Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
