Senior Site Merchandiser (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Direct on-site traffic toward priority categories, product ranges, seasonal products, markdowns, full-margin products, and new launches.
• Improve website and mobile-app navigation integrity through audits, sample checks, quality controls, and benchmarking.
• Measure the performance of landing pages, CMS tools, and other site merchandising assets.
• Develop merchandising performance reporting, analytical frameworks, optimization recommendations, and A/B testing analysis.
• Benchmark customer journeys against international best practices and recommend UI/UX and feature improvements.
• Launch seasonal landing pages, anchor promotions, strategic themes, and other merchandising assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, content strategy, marketing, or a similar high-performance environment.
• Strong competency with analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience with website optimization and engagement tools preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• E-commerce experience is advantageous.
