What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing to deliver the app transformation roadmap.
- Translate the app vision into projects, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project dependencies, delivery risks, roadblocks, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making.
- Ensure app pages and features support customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and financial inclusion goals.
- Track app adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction volume to measure initiative impact.
- Gather user and internal feedback, document decisions and learnings, and improve delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in project management, program management, digital products, technology, or marketing is preferred.
- Strong program and project management experience in complex digital or product environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and UX/UI principles.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and experience working in Agile or iterative product development environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
