TL;DR
Strong Middle / Senior Product Analyst (SQL, SaaS): Analyzing user behavior, market trends, and subscription funnels for CleanMyMac and Moonlock with an accent on conversion, churn, revenue measurement, and experimentation. Focus on designing A/B tests, building forecasts and analytical models, detecting anomalies, and applying AI to improve product analysis and reporting.
Location: Hybrid work model with remote work or access to the Kyiv coworking hub

What you will do
- Analyze user behavior and market trends across acquisition and subscription funnels.
- Investigate anomalies, conversion changes, churn, and revenue performance.
- Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests for pricing, cancellations, and funnel steps.
- Set up and validate tracking with engineers to measure revenue impact.
- Build analytical models and forecasts for long-term product planning.
- Apply AI to analytical workflows and develop standards for AI-assisted analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Analyst experience.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with raw data in a data warehouse.
- Experience building reports in a BI tool; the team uses Data Studio.
- Experience finding actionable insights, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and influencing stakeholder decisions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience with dbt, GA/GTM, advertising APIs, Firebase, or AppsFlyer.
- Experience adapting analytics to GDPR requirements.
