Location: Evansville, Indiana, United States; field-based work within an assigned territory

What you will do

• Visit residential homes within an assigned territory and perform basic energy audits.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and install or verify energy-efficient upgrades.
• Collect and document inspection and technical data.
• Work directly with homeowners, contractors, and account managers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and represent hirify.global and the program on site.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–1 years of energy auditor experience.
• High school education.
• Located in Evansville, Indiana and able to work in the field across the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and applicable pre-employment checks.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
