Business Development Analyst Intern (Capital Markets)

Location: Paris, France. Six-month internship starting in January 2027.

hirify.global operates European capital markets infrastructure across listing, trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and related services.

What you will do

• Identify international prospects and conduct stock market, equity capital market, and broader capital market research.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and develop business intelligence on relevant sectors and topics.
• Support the launch of new services, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and the IPOready pre-IPO programme.
• Prepare quarterly group reports on business performance for senior management.
• Support strategic projects for the Primary Markets business unit and contribute to research content and team knowledge.

Requirements

• Final- or penultimate-year student at a university, business school, or engineering school with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, research, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Solid understanding of and interest in capital markets.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and collaborate in virtual, multicultural teams.
• Command of Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg.
• Additional language skills.
