What you will do
- Manage and supervise the Warehouse Management organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure complete warehouse activities for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods, including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure adherence to standards, governance, processes, and safety rules.
- Lead direct reports by planning activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring results, and supporting professional development.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures related to team performance, organizational flexibility, coaching, succession planning, and change management.
- Ensure effective management of warehouse technical equipment.
Requirements
- University degree in technical studies, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience as a warehouse manager is appreciated, preferably 2 years.
- French and English language skills required.
- Experience with inventory management, inventory positioning, Kanban, pull scheduling, labeling, materials handling, packaging, warehouse management systems, materials replenishment, shipping documents, and vendor-managed inventory.
- Strong communication, teamwork, change management, conflict management, self-organization, and result orientation skills.
