What you will do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, circuit boards, and UAV components.
- Perform component-level repairs, including SMD and BGA component, microcontroller, and connector replacement.
- Assemble, disassemble, and mechanically repair electronic modules and drone frame structures.
- Carry out maintenance, preventive care, cleaning, thermal paste replacement, and fluid-damage restoration.
- Test repaired devices with test and measurement equipment and complete quality control before sign-off.
- Maintain service logs and record replaced spare parts in CRM and ERP systems.
Requirements
- Advanced skills with soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and microscopes for fine component-level repair.
- Practical experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and laboratory power supplies.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, datasheets, service manuals, and other engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of circuit principles, power distribution, and connector standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Vocational or higher technical education in electronics, radio engineering, or a related field.
- Experience repairing, configuring, and testing UAVs, FPV drones, or flight controllers.
- Familiarity with Mission Planner and QGroundControl.
- Experience with 3D printing and basic CAD modeling for replacement parts.
- Basic technical English for reading schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
