Focus on developing AWS Batch, Step Functions, and Lambda-based solutions, supporting manual curation, and collaborating with Data Science and Ontology teams.

What you will do
- Maintain and develop critical ontology import pipelines.
- Support the creation and updating of vocabularies and ontologies.
- Develop software to assist manual data curation.
- Build and maintain DataOps automation pipelines.
- Work with AWS Batch, Step Functions, and Lambda-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Ontology teams and support customer projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Python software development and production environments.
- Experience with pytest or unittest, code reviews, and version control, ideally GitHub.
- Proficiency with UNIX and command-line environments.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with cloud orchestration tools such as Puppet or Terraform.
- Experience in Python GUI development, ontologies or XML, compute clusters, and workflow management.
