Delivery Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value customers.
• Consult with customers and pre-sales teams to define business goals, metrics, data architecture, and project outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, technical partners, and solutions partners to implement and optimize hirify.global.
• Deliver data architecture consultations, data quality improvements, adoption programs, change management, and re-implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and unexpected issues across complex customer engagements.
• Build AI automations and help customers integrate agentic workflows with hirify.global data.

Requirements

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence, or product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses, including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, or reverse ETL.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder groups while controlling scope and timelines.
• Experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Experience using AI workflows, MCP servers, context setting, and building new skills, alongside strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
