Product Operations Coordinator

What you will do

• Lead and develop a small marketplace operations team across Americas markets.
• Set priorities, coordinate weekly team rituals, balance workloads, and maintain high-quality output.
• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of events on the platform.
• Design, document, and improve standard operating procedures for marketplace workflows.
• Monitor marketplace health metrics, including SLAs and error rates, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate complex partner and marketplace issues with product, sales, partner management, data, and global teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in marketplace operations, platform operations, or a related field such as e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Experience coordinating or leading a team, including informally.
• Strong process orientation with experience designing workflows, documenting SOPs, and identifying inefficiencies.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear product feedback and understand the operational impact of product decisions.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Sheets; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools.
• Additional language proficiency.
