TL;DR
Director, Korea Head of Global Workplace & Infrastructure (Semiconductor): Leading the full lifecycle of workplace, real estate, facilities, and infrastructure programs across Korea, including manufacturing, cleanroom R&D, logistics, and customer-facing sites, with an accent on portfolio strategy, capital planning, operational reliability, and employee experience. Focus on managing major capital programs, driving cross-functional alignment, improving vendor and site performance, and delivering scalable, compliant infrastructure solutions.

Location: Bundang, South Korea. Full-time role with approximately 20% travel; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

  • Lead the Korea Global Workplace and Infrastructure organization and portfolio across manufacturing, service, logistics, cleanroom R&D, and customer-facing sites.
  • Develop and execute multi-year portfolio strategies aligned with business growth, operating requirements, financial plans, and regional priorities.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle, including site selection, transactions, design, construction, commissioning, operations, and facilities management.
  • Own capital plans, operating expense plans, forecasts, and cost-efficiency initiatives, including major capital programs exceeding $100M.
  • Drive site operations, infrastructure reliability, workplace services, safety, compliance, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build alignment with executives, site leaders, and functions including IT, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, HR, EHS, and Real Estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate, construction, facilities operations, workplace services, infrastructure planning, or related fields.
  • Experience leading multi-location teams or portfolios in technology, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, R&D, or another complex operating environment.
  • Experience across facility lifecycle phases, including planning, transactions, design, construction, operations, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong financial judgment, executive communication, change leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead employees, contractors, vendors, and virtual teams across a multinational organization.
