What you will do
- Own complex maintenance, defect resolution, customer-driven enhancements, and technical work from investigation through production support.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Improve maintainability, performance, testability, reliability, observability, and supportability through practical engineering decisions.
- Resolve complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Lead technical discussions and code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture and engineering standards.
- Use approved generative AI tools for development activities while evaluating output for security, licensing, data exposure, correctness, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 or more years of professional software development experience, including ownership and support of complex production applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Experience with automated testing, code review, version control, build and deployment workflows, debugging, performance improvement, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, production support, automated code-quality or security scanning, observability platforms, and approved generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Proven technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration with Product, Support, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Security teams.
