🚀 Hiring: Trading Marketing Lead [performance marketing] | Crypto / PerpDEX

Jaya Talent is hiring for a client — a Dubai-based trading volume growth company working with perpetual DEXs and trading platforms.

They’re looking for someone who knows how to acquire real traders, convert them into first-time depositors/traders, and drive trading volume through performance marketing.

📍 Remote
⏰ Part-time or Full-time

What you'll do:

• Run campaigns focused on FTD, FTT & trading volume
• Manage and scale paid acquisition budgets from <$5K to $50K+
• Build the full acquisition funnel: Click → FTD → FTT → Retained Trader
• Run campaigns across X/Twitter, KOLs, Telegram, Discord, affiliates & trading communities
• Track CAC, conversions, attribution & trading volume
• Manage multiple campaigns across different trading clients

What we're looking for:

✅ 2+ years in CEX or PerpDEX growth/performance marketing
✅ Proven FTD/FTT results — ideally 5K+ FTDs / 2.5K+ FTTs
✅ Experience owning and scaling performance marketing budgets
✅ Strong understanding of trader acquisition, CAC & conversion funnels
✅ Hands-on experience with crypto-native acquisition channels
✅ Able to clearly explain your past campaigns, numbers and results

⚡ This isn't a general Web3 marketing role. We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience acquiring and converting traders for exchanges/DEXs.
