Focus on executing batch activities, operating DeltaV and LIMS workflows, supporting quality events, and troubleshooting manufacturing operations during rotating 12-hour shifts.

What you will do
- Prepare materials, equipment, and manufacturing areas for cGMP therapeutic protein production.
- Maintain cleanroom areas and equipment through sanitization, 6S housekeeping, suite stocking, and Kanban activities.
- Perform sampling, pH, conductivity, and osmolality measurements using appropriate aseptic techniques.
- Execute manufacturing activities using SOPs, batch records, and logbooks, and submit samples through LIMS.
- Build competency in equipment operations, critical process parameters, DeltaV, and batch or changeover workflows.
- Support deviations, environmental monitoring, document revisions, validation, data integrity, and cross-functional troubleshooting.
Requirements
- NITEC, diploma, or degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemical or biochemical engineering, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience is preferred; relevant technical training is also considered.
- Basic understanding of cGMP requirements, manufacturing procedures, and data integrity principles is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
- Ability to perform hands-on cleanroom work, including prolonged standing, equipment movement, and manual handling of items up to 12 kg.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and maintain required training and operational competencies.
